Happy #ThrowbackThursday, everyone! 

We’re drawing closer to the end of our #ThrowbackThursday summer blog series, in which I’ve caught y’all up on photography I did for a few years in VA and in my couple years here in Raleigh. Next week’s post will wrap up our series, then it’ll be all current photos from there!

Today’s post is a follow-up of sorts from last week’s post with Heaven & Russell’s maternity photos – their beautiful baby’s newborn photos! Be sure to check it out if you missed it – I went into detail about how important this family is to me and why.  

For today…

Phoebe – Garner, NC Newborn Photography

 

 

Phoebe didn’t even know she was a model that morning, but she rocked it from the get-go.

Speaking of rocking it from the get-go… Russell’s got this first-time-dad thing down. Heaven has told me several times how great he is with her, and I love that so much. 

 

 

Seriously, how sweet is baby Phoebe?! Okay, maybe these photos make her look like any other sleeping baby… but she’s really sweet. 

And HEAVEN – Mom of the year award. In their maternity session post, I told you about how they found out they were pregnant right as she was getting a new job, they were buying a house a couple states away (they lived in GA), and they were moving up here. All of that makes for a chaotic time of transition, but she has transitioned into being a mom just beautifully.

 

  

 

They used these photos with Phoebe’s name on the wall to announce her birth on social media – such a cute idea!!

Heaven and Russell are participating in the New Life Collection, which means that I am scheduled to take maternity, newborn, 6 month, and 1 year photos for Phoebe!! Y’all know photo art is important to me, so they also receive 10 photo prints with each session AND a 10×10″ photo book with photos from all the sessions at the end of the 12 months! Web-sized files are also included for photos ordered in products, so that they can share with family and friends online. This is a beautiful way to invest in your baby’s first year of life by documenting it well at key points.

Thank you, Heaven, and Russell, for letting me live life alongside you and capture these precious moments for you! I am LOVING it!
